Lamb Keema
Lamb curry (£1.95 a serving) time to table ~1 hour.
Ingredients (for 4)
1 tbsp rogan josh curry paste
400 g lamb mince
2 red onions
3 cloves garlic
1 thumb fresh ginger
1 bunch fresh coriander
2 dried red chillies
200 ml light coconut milk
150 g frozen peas
300 g basmati rice
1 lemon
sea salt
olive oil
Separate the coriander leaves from the stalks. In a food processor blend the onions, garlic, ginger, corriander stalks, curry paste and olive oil. This creates the curry paste.

While heating oil in a pan, medium heat, chop chillies (if you have got whole chillies instead of flakes).
Added the prepared curry paste to the pan, cook for 5 minutes. Boil kettle.
Add Chillies and lamb to the pan, cook for 5 minutes, stir frequently.

Now add 500ml of boiling water and simmer for 15 minutes.
While the curry is simmering start the rice.
5 Miutes from the end, Add frozen peas and Coconut milk (shake before opening).
150g frozen peas
200ml coconut milk
Drain the rice (not if you used the correct amount of water :))Chop Corriander leaves and cut lemon into wedges.
